When people ask me, “what do you do?” I say, “Whatever it takes.” I'm here to help you reach your unique nutritional, health, and personal goals by teaching you long-term sustainable habits that will reshape you and your life.
In 2010, I embarked on my own health and wellness journey. Overweight and riddled with anxiety, I knew that there had to be a better way to live and feel. I became keenly aware of the relationship between healthy choices and personal well-being, so I committed myself to learning as much as I could.
Although my story is unique to me, it was not long before I realized that many others face similar struggles. Drawing from my own experiences and education, I created PFN Coaching to support others achieve their lifestyle goals and help guide them down their own path to wellness.

"What’s your goal for getting healthy?” That’s one of the first things Mark asked me. For me it was that I was going to be a grandma for the first time, and I really wanted to be an active, fun grandma with energy! I am the type of person that is always trying to take care of everyone else, so Mark helped me realize that if I am not healthy to do that, then what good am I doing myself or others. I admit at first it was hard for me. I had lots of excuses. I really had to change the way I thought, and Mark was a big part of that."
